Dennise Wooden

Dennise Wooden is a transformational educational leader with nearly 20 years of experience driving school improvement and developing high-impact leaders across Texas public schools. As Principal of G.W. Carver Middle School in Waco ISD, she leads a diverse Title I campus with a strong focus on instructional excellence, equity, and measurable student outcomes.


She is known for building systems that deliver results, including reducing discipline referrals by 25% and chronic absenteeism by 18% through effective implementation of MTSS and PBIS frameworks. Dennise also strengthens family and community engagement, increasing participation in academic planning by 40%.


A passionate leadership developer, Dennise coaches’ assistant principals, instructional leaders, and teacher leaders to build strong leadership pipelines and sustainable school success. With an MBA in Organizational Management and a BBA in Finance, she brings a strategic approach to aligning resources with student achievement.

Chris Beheler

Chris Beheler is an accomplished educational leader with over a decade of experience dedicated to driving instructional excellence, innovation, and student-centered outcomes. As an Assistant Principal at G.W. Carver Middle School in Waco ISD, Chris plays a key role in advancing campus-wide systems that support both academic achievement and a positive school culture.


Working alongside Principal Dennise Wooden, Chris contributes to the implementation and sustainability of high-impact frameworks such as Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Instructional systems. Through this work, he supports data-driven decision-making, strengthens behavior systems, and helps create an environment where both students and staff can thrive. His leadership is rooted in the belief that strong systems, clear expectations, and meaningful relationships are essential to sustained school improvement.


Chris brings a unique blend of instructional leadership and technological expertise. With experience as a Digital Learning Specialist, he has supported teachers in integrating innovative practices into the classroom, enhancing engagement and improving student outcomes. He is skilled in curriculum design, data analysis, and differentiated instruction, consistently using data to inform strategy and measure success.


Through his work in both campus leadership and educational consulting, Chris is committed to building systems that are not only effective, but sustainable—ensuring that schools move beyond initiative overload and toward focused, lasting impact.
